For personal orders we ask for a minimum of 5–7 days' notice. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your slot. Corporate orders typically need 10–14 days depending on quantity. Get in touch as soon as you can — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
For corporate orders we always send a design proof for approval before baking begins. For personal orders, we discuss your brief in detail first. If you have a very specific design in mind, just let us know and we'll work through it with you before starting.
Please mention any dietary requirements when you place your order. We can accommodate some requirements but we are not a dedicated allergen-free kitchen. Full ingredient and allergen information is available on request. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs before ordering.
Our iced cookies typically stay fresh for 2–3 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place in their original packaging. They are best enjoyed within the first week. We bake to order so your cookies will always be as fresh as possible when they arrive.
Each cookie is individually cellophane-wrapped and packed securely in a presentation box. We use protective packaging for shipping to ensure cookies arrive in perfect condition. Nationwide UK delivery is available, or you're welcome to collect locally. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
The minimum for individually branded corporate cookies is 50. For branded gift boxes the minimum is 10 boxes. Volume discounts apply for larger orders — get in touch for a tailored quote and we'll work out the best package for your needs and budget.
Absolutely — we love working from your designs. For corporate orders, please send your logo in the highest resolution available (SVG or PNG preferred). For personal orders, mood boards, Pinterest pins or even a rough sketch are all helpful. The more detail you give us, the better we can bring your vision to life.
As our cookies are perishable and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a quality issue on our part. If your cookies arrive damaged or are not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
